Tim Louis, a motocross rider and World Enduro Champion in 2024, has been through every stage of an ambitious sporting career. He has experienced victories, challenges, and the obstacles that come with professional competition. Drawing on his experience and the observation that many talented young riders lack the means or connections to break through, Tim decided to create a structure to give them their chance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, he turned that vision into reality by founding Louis Racing Team \u2013 a team built from scratch, ready to take on a major challenge: starting from zero and competing in the Motocross World Championship from 2026. This ambitious project is backed by a complete professional support structure. As team manager and sports coach, Tim applies his world champion expertise to guide his riders. LRT provides comprehensive support to its recruits, helping them overcome the sporting, material, logistical, and financial challenges on the road to the top. From personalised coaching and physical preparation to technical assistance, everything is in place so that these promising young riders can focus entirely on their progress.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mission of Louis Racing Team is to identify and develop young riders with high potential by giving them the means to realise their ambitions at the highest level. This involves a complete professional and educational structure: elite training led by a world champion coach, educational and physical follow-up, and technical and logistical support during competitions. LRT aims in particular to give a chance to talents who, on their own, do not have the financial resources or network to progress. In short, our mission is to create the optimal conditions for the merit, work, and passion of these young riders to drive their sporting success.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our long-term vision is to become a reference in motocross rider development. LRT aspires to create a complete development pathway allowing riders from the grassroots to climb the ranks to the world elite within a single structure. In the years ahead, we envision a team with a lasting presence on the international stage, fuelled each season by new homegrown talents. With the support of committed partners, Louis Racing Team intends not only to achieve results in competition, but also to build a sporting legacy where every rider trained within the team embodies the values of excellence, respect, and passion. By becoming a breeding ground for champions, LRT will contribute to the rise of Belgian motocross on the world stage while staying true to its educational mission.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The values of Louis Racing Team form the foundation of our identity and guide all of our actions:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Passion<\/strong> \u2013 This is the team&rsquo;s fuel. LRT encourages its riders to push their limits and constantly seeks to optimise technique, preparation, and team management to reach the highest standards.<\/li><li><strong>Education &amp; Coaching<\/strong> \u2013 Developing young talent is at the heart of what we do. Beyond race results, we want to train complete and responsible athletes. Thanks to the coaching expertise of our staff (including Tim Louis&rsquo;s degree in physical education and his sports management experience), we provide educational, mental, and physical support to our riders. They learn to manage pressure, analyse their performance, and develop the exemplary lifestyle of a high-performance athlete.<\/li><li><strong>Integrity &amp; Respect<\/strong> \u2013 LRT promotes impeccable sporting ethics. We instil in our riders respect for opponents, rules, and the environment. Fair play, honesty, discipline, and humility are non-negotiable principles within the team. This value of solidarity and inclusion guides our choices: we focus above all on potential and hard work, so that the success of our riders is built on merit.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Goals<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2026 Season \u2013 On Course for the Motocross World Championship.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Louis Racing Team aims to make its international debut by entering its riders in the World Championship (MX2 class) from 2026. The team plans to participate in all European rounds of the calendar, concentrating its efforts on these strategic races while optimising resources. The sporting objective for this first season is clear: to allow our young riders to familiarise themselves with the highest level of competition, gain experience against the world elite, and improve consistently at every race. More than raw results, we will focus on constant performance improvement and learning. Each event will be an opportunity to grow, strengthen team cohesion, and lay the foundations for future success. In the medium term, LRT aims to build momentum in the championship: year after year, we want to close the gap to the front runners, achieve honourable finishes, podiums, and eventually titles \u2014 all while remaining true to our philosophy of development and human values. Of course, this sporting adventure also offers an excellent showcase for our partners: competing at world level means international visibility and associating your brand with a dynamic, forward-looking project.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Shared Adventure<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A sports team\u2026 and a marketing partner<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Louis Racing Team goes beyond competition.
